Mixing & Mastering with Pink Noise | Ozone 9 EQ Match | iZotope Quick Tip

Mixing music to a Pink Noise EQ profile is incredibly common as it produces great results.

While the reasons behind this are beyond the scope of this video, you can find a Pink Noise EQ Profile Preset in iZotope's Ozone 9 Match EQ module.

Once you've loaded it as a "Reference", hit "Capture" in the "Apply to" section and play the busiest part of your track until the EQ Spectrum settles.

Then, simply use the Smoothing and Amount sliders to "Fine Tune" the results to your liking.
