At least half the GOP Senators up for reelection have this option. 1. Stand up for the constitution and the rule of law, be primarried, and see their seat go to a Democrat. 2. Continue caving to Tyrant Trump and see their seat go to a Democrat. They must decide. Go down in history as a Trump zombie slave or as an American patriot.

Republican Senators need to act in the best interests of credibility.
Republican or not they need to look close at the truth and defend the constitution

Dr. Fiona Hill:  "Until this moment, Republicans, I think I have never really gauged your cruelty or your recklessness.  ... You've done enough. Have you no sense of decency, sir? At long last, have you left no sense of decency?"

The constitution demands a "trial". All trials must allow witness testimony and documentary evidence from either defense or prosecution.

It’s all about the money! You can’t tell me that Trump hasn’t paid off McConnell, Graham and other key Senators/Congressmen to “persuade” them to shut up!

Republicans finding it harder and harder to defend the indefensible, despite no lack of effort--and decades of practice!

This whole problem really points out a glaring flaw in the impeachment process.

they're playing to the March of his tune and most don't even know it. it's embarrassing, civics classes and mandotory student council work should be mandotory in public schools.

Remember the crazy, exhausting time back when Obama was President?
How he practically tore his country asunder in all ways possible, with his chronic lying, wild exaggerating and pathetic boasting, insulting women, mocking veterans and the Military at large, making a total fool of himself continually on a global scale, hiding his cowardly self behind asinine tweets, being completely ignorant of history, not being in the least interested in learning how to comport himself presidentially, with knowledge, dignity, class, competence and integrity?
How he behaved as if being proud of his own ignorance, immaturity, immorality, vileness and stupidity?
And do you remember when he shoved another world leader, sporting a haughty smirk on his face, and how he tweeted out a Christmas message showing a bloodied CNN logo on the sole of his shoe, and praised people who body slammed reporters?
And that time California suffered horrendous wildfires; when asked about climate change, he declared:
"No. No. I have a strong opinion; I want a great climate, we're going to have that." - Frigging unbelievable!...
Not to mention that he repeatedly called the free press: "Enemy of the people."
It was truly baffling that American voters didn't run screaming away from him when he started that rhetoric already as a candidate.
And how he swindled the American people! All from the fraudulent Obama University, to being putin's puppet.
He was no President. He was the Traitor in Chief.
Who claimed to know more about anything than anyone, insisting he was right and the whole Intelligence Community wrong.
What a deranged time it was, with the entire world anxious that he should completely lose it and launch some nukes.
The entire world celebrated, when at last he was he was impeached and removed.
And how relieved and grateful we are now, now that the USA finally got themselves a Stable Genius for President .
