Who knows one day we might see a farmhouse appear so you don't have to sleep in the greenhouse.
When using the log wagon, for future contracts, you can extend it's length to fit more wood.

I've seen some of those Deutz-Fahr Agrostar line (mid 1990s) tractors at a local dealer in rural Pennsylvania. In game it is one of the best starting tractors you can buy. Ignore that it doesn't have hook-ups for a front loader, you can always spend $10, 000 on the 3point forklift attachment if you need to load pallets.

The agrostar 8.31 is by far the best value for the money tractor in the game Giants pulled quite a cheeky move putting all the way to the bottom where most people looking for a cost effective tractor don't look. Another hidden gem is the WIFO HMZ 340/3000 is under miscellaneous coast 9k it a 3pt mounted forklift so it can Handle pallets and bails which is what you need now anyway

There is a mod that lists shop items cheapest to most expensive and another one that shows only the prices of what you have to sell. That's a good edition to the tractor fleet

True be told, I don’t like the look of that deutz-Fahr tractor (i prefere the newer one, but that’s out of price range), but for what you get? Definitely worth the buy! You guys will sure gain money way faster! Enjoying the series:D

Little farmers shop is at the plot you normaly start the game at and thats where you planted the poplar. Its at the exit to the mainroad if you go to the left on the map. Edit: Oh well watching on you go there anyway haha. Sorry, too impatient.

Another great episode, thanks for sharing. You asked for option the new tractor so I will give one... I would have spent that near 90 grand on another greenhouse, the passive income from such would have been much better than a third tractor, in my humble opinion.

You should check how much materials are in the playground if you complete the first step and still try and sell the planks/long planks it will take the products and give you no money

You should install the shop sorting mod, that way they are arranged by price.

please when you harvest the poplar note the yield, then lime the field and make sure it is full. and ofcourse fertilised.
