Has everyone noticed how Big Tech "advertising" has become more intrusive recently? There is a cost to the interruptions, distractions, stolen bandwidth, malicious spam, etc. Your privacy has a price, but Big Tech is making you pay the ongoing costs. There is zero accountability, total submission and tacit approval by the public.

I mean I’d bloody hope so, if AI isn’t bigger than Cloud then that’d be the disappointment of the mellenium.

Unless it can start coming up with new materials/inventions it's just a very very expensive chatbot.

AI is pure hype. Little use. This bubble is going to burst so hard, it will probably set back AI development for decades.

"What is digital infrastructure?" - "it's a great question." Er, its just a question.

Where is the ROI? "Well, it's like cloud". Is that what KKR is going hang its hat on? That was a truly garbage answer that seems to confirm AI hype fears.
