No its not shutting down You can also see on their investor relations page that Roblox has 70.2 million daily active users as of 30th September 2023. With all that taken into consideration, it's safe to say that you will still be able to play Roblox for many years to come.

Everybody was talking about 2023 January 1st at the exact same time saying that Roblox will shut down. all of this is a meme, the "Roblox Leaks" account has a high chance of being fake, and all of this happened of December 2022, now the same month this year, and everything is fine.
