I have a 2022 C-class coupe AMG line. It doesn't have the hybrid engine. It does give off a burning smell after driving that smells like metal-to-metal burning. (may be transmission) Engine is relatively quick, but does suffer from some turbo lag.

Send the air to turbo to spin it up, then those turbo power being sent to air-to-liquid intercooler, which is the same way but turn around. Hot damn

I have 2023 C300 and the engine is very noisy especially when idle. Sounds like diesel engine. I wonder why?

No oil dipstick! That's not good. The dipstick isn't just for checking level. It's also used to check the _condition_ of the oil. A computer can't do that.

I had this engine and it had potential cylinder head assembly issues very early on. The car will misfire and idle rough. There’s no simple fix either, open heart surgery (engine rebuild) or heart transplant (new engine) were the only options to remedy the issue. $12, 000+ in 4 years. Stay away from these cars. Great to lease but that’s it
