Important News - D Ed. Spl Ed (HI) curriculum change for deaf trainees.

We appreciate the new curriculum changes in Diploma in Special Education course (Hearing Impairment) by Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) to make it more deaf friendly by provision of alternative papers for deaf & hard of hearing teacher trainees. This move was long awaited to encourage more deaf people in the country to become teachers!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼 Congratulations to all, this is a good beginning, hopefully the curriculum, accessibility & quality of teacher training keeps improving.

I'M SO GLAD TO KNOW THAT.. 🙌👏 Yes, n deaf students are facing a lot of problems in special B.Ed.(HI) too, I have been watching em battling with these education related hurdles since childhood.. Now next move should be for special B.Ed (HI).

But the hearing teachers does not know how to learn sign language and D.ed (HI) speak only in all India.
