Windows 7 Professional vs Ultimate Comparison!

There's some surprising differences in the licensing arrangement that should be considered, even outside the US, those licensing agreement will effect the way the OS behaves. If you buy 8 or 8.1, you are directly buying, and owning that OS, the software. You have the right to move that installation onto a new drive, and/or on a new computer, and you keep this right even after upgrading to Win10. If you use a brand new Win10, you're buying a license, you do not own the software outright, and your installation gets linked to the hardware. Not only in the agreement, but the OS will permanently register the drive (and I believe the computer itself) and the drive will not work in another computer, and it is also recorded on Microsoft's website . And I'm not entirely certain of this slightly different case: but I think it also prevents the upgrading of the drive itself. It will certainly be more complicated to upgrade to a solid state drive. Windows 7 drives, like 8 and 8.1, can be moved and put into a new computer, and it is easy to upgrade from HD to SSD (there's various software products to help with this). Your "Windows10 upgrade" lets you retain your previous rights from the Win8 agreement. No matter how much you hate Win8, it is always better to buy and install it, then upgrade afterwards. This will take an annoying amount of time, it is quite inconvenient, but is also something to consider.

I don't know Why, but i have a PC with Windows 7 Ultimate (the system rate my computer to 1.0, If You ask) and it boot to login screen in 15 second. On HDD. I don't know Why it take so much to startup in your case
