All indoor places have a right for mask mandates to protect their employees. If they have a spreader outbreak, they will be forced to close anyways and that hurts everyone.

Yes, the cases are dying down but the question is, is it just the Omicron variant or the pandemic altogether? I have serious doubts that the pandemic is coming to an end suddenly. I love for that to happen, but I don't think that is true by Democratic governors lifting mask mandates. I think it's still too soon because we don't know how the next few months are going to shape up. However, if the cases remain low for say the next 3 to 4 months, yeah, I agree with making masks optional going forward, but only time will tell until then I'm going to keep wearing my masks.
