You’ve really helped me be able to successfully cut these things out of my diet Melissa and it’s true, my stomach area looks a million times better in just a few months!

One of my issues is that I have IBS. So i cant have alot of things like peas and beans. However, i started recently trying to eat for ibs where i have to cut out all those things you said anyway.. tummy is still huge but im hoping it will work.
