Learning and unlearning from the Israeli entrepreneurship experience
In this lecture based on the book “Israelism” and on over 20 years of consulting, Dr. Etay Shilony provides insights into what organizations, managers, and leaders can adapt from the Israeli entrepreneurship spirit, in addition to what is needed to establish success. Dr. Shilony explains how innovative oriented organizational cultures combined with systematic management are essential for sustained growth.
