Live Demo of Visco Jet Agitator At Different Trade Show

Показать описание
Live Demo of Visco Jet agitator at the various tradeshow (German version)
Some of the products shown in the video:
1) VJ350 - IBC Tank (1000L) agitator
2) VJ100 mixing the ultrasonic gel with blue bits
Various impellers are shown in the video: Classic Cup impeller, Spiral Impeller, Crack impeller.
You can see that the ultrasonic gel is very viscous, yet Visco Jet can mix it very well.
The benefit of using Visco Jet agitators:
- gentle mixing
- no air intake, no foaming
- no heating required for viscous mixtures
- best mixing results
- short mixing time
- less level of impeller; conventional impellers require more levels
- easy to clean
- no baffles and no additional bearings needed
1) Classic Cup Impeller
Able to gently mix various types of mixtures of various viscosity. Look at some of our channel videos, you'll be able to find many examples.
2) Spiral Impeller
Able to handle very high viscosity and sticky mixtures like clay, wall plaster, glue, polymers, etc.
3) Crack Impeller
Able to handle mixtures that require shearing
4) Cue Impeller (not in video)
No shear impeller that's able to effectively stir up the toughest sediments in mixtures.
