It looks like there a number of similar recipes for what you call Cornbread Taco Pie, yes. I made it the other week from a different recipe, using tomato sauce instead of the salsa (which sounds great!) & also had onion and peppers in with the ground beef & a few other differences.. I think I may make the cornbread with the addition of some jalapeno peppers which adds some heat to it all too. Having some cilantro, avacado, salsa & some sour cream for garnish would be great too. Thx for posting yours up!
