Just had to tweak 3 settings. In the advance tab switch replace method to SRCSET for responsive images, and uncheck minify next to replace CSS if you already have a program doing that. Also if you have Elementor you have to go into settings on that plugin, and under the advance tab change CSS print method to internal embedding. Worked like a charm. Thanks.
