I was put in a Moana room on the hotel side in the Tuvalu building fir me stay. I don't know why I wasn't in the DVC side, but I loved my fireworks view. I think these, along with Riviera and the GF Resort Studios, are the most beautiful DVC rooms. It's interesting that these rooms are so much more beautiful than AKV rooms when African culture also has a wonderful history of wood working and beautifully textured textiles. They dropped the ball on AKV but really got it right at Poly.

I wanted to share something with you. While speaking with a DVC sales rep this week about the new cabins, he said that the new poly tower did not have any plans for a grand villa. It certainly disappoints me since that is my favorite room type. But it will still be a great tower with the addition of 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom villas.
