I admire you for being able to handle 40+ degrees C. Here in Finland it's been around 23-25 degrees and I'm sweating through my clothes! I'm comfortable at around 17-18 if I'm golfing. One positive thing about Finnish summer is that this time of year the sun doesn't set until after 11PM, so you can enjoy a nice, quiet evening round of golf with plenty of light!
