Where in Peru? I built and operate a 43 room hotel in the historic center of Cusco and have discovered some cool places built by the Wari tribe (450-950 AD) on motorcycle outside of town and on the way to Quillabamba that only the locals know. Also been to Trujillo - Lambayeque area and visited the Huaca del sol y luna (Temples of the moon and sun) Moche tribe 100-800 AD. Looks like you've been all over Peru which is awesome!

They look like agricultural terraces. For gardening, growing crops obviously. Gathering water.

Thinking its a geological feature more so, it covers a lot of area so i doubt its settlement
