I am so depressed and was trying to end myself by suffocation tas yung mga nagkakaraokeng mga kapitbahay namin bigla nalang tong kinanta... I just thought to myself na parang nasa movie ako then few minutes later my mother enter my room, she saw me and I started crying while embracing her. Please people who are suffering.... Please please ask for help, lalong lalo na sa mga student jan pwedeng pwede po tayong lumapit sa mga Guidance Counsilor natin, big big help po sa ating mga sarili pag nakapag open up tayo kahit yung mga feelings lang natin. Daming months bago pa ako mag seek ng help sa counsilor and I was so afraid kasi hindi ko alam ang gagawin ko. They are all ears, anjan sila para makinig, para damayan tayo, and para mag bigay ng guidance at gabay para sa healing natin. Kahit na maliliit na bagay lang yung masabi natin okay lang basta nakapaglabas tayo ng nararamdaman. It is never ever too late to ask for help, trust me I know.

Edit: PAG MAY NAKITA KAYO NG SIGN WAG NA KAYO MAG DALAWNAG ISIP NA HUMINGI NG TULONG. For me, I was about to send a message to our guidance cousilor, pipindutin nalang yung send ha. Naka stack yun for like an hour tas habang kumakain ako habang nanunuod sa youtube, yung sponsor ng youtuber na pinapanoodan ko ay betterhelp, tamo, sobrang gulat ko, para silang nakikipag usap sakin na humingi na ng tulong. Alam ko na sign nayun para humingi ng tulong, syempre nag hesitate parin ako pero yun nga sinend ko sya and they gave me a questionnaire to answer and then nag paschedule na para sa unang counseling session, yun na 2nd week na kami ngayon, so far so good. I decided to take a break from school, padrop sa lahat ng subject ngayong sem balik ako next year, ayusin ko muna sarili ko. Sana kayo din guys ha hingi din kayo ng tulong. Yung first step talaga ang pinakamahirap pero pag nasimulan na ay napaka gaan sa loob. ❤️
