François Legault announces cabinet shuffle

Francois Legault has power, therefore he must pass special legislation to forgive downtrodden and abused Quebeckers who wrongly applied for the CERB while collecting the BS. They lost many of their services, bread lines, soup kitchens, food banks and flop houses. Equalization is not only for the Quebec Inc. Bombardier and Bellemare got their juicey cut, so Quebeckers must also get their due.
