Raven Free Roam Gameplay / GRAVITY RUSH 2 (read desc.)

This is from Episode 27 Black Cat. You don't have to go to the waypoint and are free to explore the entire map as Raven. However online events, side missions, warp holes, conversations, etc are all locked off. You have unlimited gravity though :)
