I got 600-700 FPS with fresh CSGO install on default settings and fresh windows install last year on my new PC. After trying to get FPS over 1000 by thinking that lowering graphic settings and doing various optimisations would work, I have never had an increase in FPS performance doing any of it.

I usually get max 50-55 fps on all ultra low settings lowest res possible and completely changed settings to improve performance

Super helpful video! I average like 150 with my settings turned all the way up. Also if you want high frames specifically for CS:GO and you want to upgrade your PC for that. Just upgrade your CPU because CS:GO utilizes your CPU more than your GPU.
