What gearbox, propeller and adapter are used... Have any of the cables from the Motronic module been changed...

Hi, the four blade propeller is attached with some kind of friction? or there's a direct attachment to the engine w/a gearbox?

How much thrust did the engine put out? I wonder if the 2004 BMW R1150RT engine would power a Pietenpol aircamper? Does anyone have any thoughts?

the 912 is the same weight. and the BMW1200 is even lighter. also, there is a huge price difference. i have the 912 and a 914, used to have 503 and 582. and about power, the BMW has more power than the 912 and depending on prop selection better performance than the 912. also, hardly any vibration and very silent. spare parts available all over the world and many technicians available. there you go...

Did you keep the original FI system, with automatic mixing etc.? I own an R1100R and it's such a great running motor. I'd much rather be flying with it, if I knew how, ha.
