Vegan croissants so good, you won’t need another recipe! These croissants are incredibly soft, versatile, and delicious—whether you make them sweet, savory, or enjoy them plain, just like we did. They were a hit, and I’m sure you’ll love them too!

Ingredients:
200 + 300ml warm water
1 tablespoon sugar
30g fresh yeast or 10g dry yeast
1 heaping tablespoon salt (use sugar if making sweet croissants)
50 + 20ml oil
900g all-purpose flour
200g margarine for layering
