"What I love about Synapse is the feeling of family. Everyone at Synapse is encouraged to bring their own flair to the Synapse culture. That means that our culture has a huge variety of different activities that we do together. What I personally bring to the culture, the thing I'm most proud of, is that I teach a class called Charm School. Charm School is where we talk about the tips and tricks of what makes Synapse a great service provider for all our clients. It helps teach people who to keep our fun culture while still providing excellent and attentive service."
