The problem is an easy one to resolve. If the judges don't have the authority to do these things, they are in the wrong and should be held accountable. If a police officer violates their authority, their agency and themselves get sued. If judges go beyond their autority, they should be open to law suits too. That would put a judge accountable if they went beyond their authority.

That is like a judge in California dictating how you live in Texas, Tennessee, Florida or anywhere else in the US.
