Someone buys a car that has them as additional options but at that time he doesnt want them.He should be able afterwards to be able to add them!!!!

How do you adress the loss of attention by driver, and responsibility of operator ?
Seems to me, the system is not designed to autonomously operate the vehicle,
but with nothing to keep the driver sharp and at attention,
you would ultimately end up with an unknown, unassessed threat, and with that, major impact.
