I love this. I’ve gone through a 81 f250 xcab 4x4 351, 88 F250 xcab 4x4 7.3, 96 F150 inline 6, 2002 F350 super cab 4x4 7.3 and a 74 F100 460. I still have the 74 that needs restoring. Loved all of them except the 81. It had allot of electrical problems. I currently have 2006 F250 4x4 xcab 6.0 with 130k. Should be my last truck. I’d definitely replace with a mid 80s or even mid 90s F250/350 4x4 with 7.3 because they were such tanks and utterly reliable. They are hard to find in good shape and when you do find one you’ll pay about the same price as a new one!!! I’ll never have a diesel pickup that has def or things like that. I’ll stick with the older ones thank you.

I have a rust free 93 f250 with 7.3 idi non turbo. It only has 145k original miles, runs like new. They are slow as hell compared to modern trucks, but they are bullet proof and so easy to work on!

6.9 IDI still chugging along. One of the best International V8 diesels built.

Is that a sony trinitron in the back for ballast? Those 36” “flat screens” had an insane amount of gravity.

I had an old set of David Brown trailing plows back in the day…two furrow like these ones…the did an amazing job and you could pull them with anything!..lots of people used old army trucks to break the ground after the war!..people used what was available!..nice to see this old classic still holding its own!..
