For the people saying" this wasn't as fast as I thought it was gonna be" that's because he wasn't trying to break the record for the most punches ever in one minute. It had to be done with complete extention and pulled and the way back into something like a 45° bend. That's very hard since your arms would feel dead after 30 seconds, Just saying.
