 Join us in this video as we take on the challenge of fixing a couple of the most common flaws in your back we can fix these flaws and learn new movements by using these bands and drills

Flaw number one is sliding off the ball too much lateral movement and not enough rotation. This is easily fixed by using the band across the knees, which when you push out, engages your core and makes it much more difficult to slide off the ball. You see us using the pivot drill

Fault number two is a club that lifts too much outside or twist too much around you using the stretchy band and the resistance it makes it very difficult to do this making a back swing using that stretchy band helps you learn to hinge and fold the trail arm correctly so that the club works up the plane

Fault number three is a back swing which isn’t loaded at the top and arms that are floppy folded loose and long once again using the stretchy band helps you learn to load into the trail leg and learning to push and stretch the band at the top helps give you width and structure, which many golfers need
