Weird, doesn't work for me! I drag the cross fade -3 db over, but it refuses to snap onto the audio clip.

In 18.6 in the top left click Transition, then click the Audio tab, and the crossfade is in that

Thank you it worked... And anyone if it is not snapping to your timeline, put to the extreme end of the clip till you see a curve shadow on the clip timeline

Is it just on paid version? I have a free one and there is no such effect :c

Update:

This works on 18.6, for the free version.

Step 1: left click on the track you want it applied to
Step 2: right click on the crossfade -3dB (or whichever option you want)
Step 3: click “add to selected edit points and clips”
Step 4: drag the crossfade to where you want the start and end to be, extend it and do whatever you need to do with it

If you are doing an AUDIO Demo for You Tube At least get your Audio VOLUME Correct for You Tube set your Lufs to -14dB. Now plaese make a Video on Ganging the Audio mixer Faders
