Roku's budget streaming boxes are big on value

The Roku LT, Roku 1 and Roku 2 offer more limited feature sets, but at a lower prices, although we still think the Roku 3 is the best box of them all.

Yep roku is a great choice, I have been using all the models at home and at work and it's always working great! It connects to my phone or router with no problems!!

Have they fixed the direct wifi remote killing my 5ghz connection because it runs on the same channel. I had to wire it to get a decent connection in my house.
The remote needs a dedicated channel!!

The Roku is really just a "portal" for these services. You still need to buy subscriptions for most of them - Netflix, Hulu Plus, HBO Go, etc. I believe there are some free apps but most you have to pay for.

Love my Roku box. I use it more than cable. I really should get rid of Dish. Just one month of Dish would pay for the top of the line Roku.

Netflix works in over 43 countries, so I'm sure you'd be able to access most of the services

I don't think so because maximum services like Netflix and Hulu only works in US so it would be meaningless to get one without services to support it.

Can somebody clarify this to me: do I need to pay subscription to services like Netflix to have them available on roku, or do they come for free, included with the roku player and I don't have to sign up for anything? Thanks. J

Youtube and Crunchroll are a must have for me, I dont tend to watch much else, so I guess once crunchroll release there app for ps3/ps4/vita I'll have a good enough streaming box.. ps vita prefered JS
