Really captures the Martian landscape at noon, and the turquoise colouration of that violin looks incredible!
Wonderful work; thank you for your efforts.

Discovery was the eighth studio album by Electric Light Orchestra (ELO) and was released on 1 June 1979 in the UK by Jet Records, where it went to number one. A music video album featuring all the songs being played by the band was then released on VHS. "Shine A Little Love" was the first single released and charted at #14 in Australia. The other well performing single from the album was "Don't Bring Me Down" which peaked at #6 in Australia. I will try to post it up in the near future.

ELO really came to the attention of people with their 1976 masterpiece album "A New World Record". It is an album I still listen to to this day, with every song on it being top quality and when you come up with an album like that, expectations are very high in the future for it's success to be replicated. The following album "Out Of The Blue" was also a success but I don't think any of their albums after A New World Record were as good, even though both Out Of The Blue and Discovery were quite successful albums. My opinion only of course.

"Shine A Little Love" was one of the band's most commercially successful singles, peaking at no. 4 in Canada, no. 6 in the UK Singles Chart and no. 8 in the US. The song subsequently became one of their biggest worldwide hits.

Lovely looking upload, good work. Apparently the strings trio featured here who obviously don't feature on the recording, had already been told they were no longer part of the band when this video was made. A serious mistake by Mr Lynne who seems to think that the fewer other people who are involved in his music, the better the result.
