I love this song. It makes me realize where I am now... I don't live at home with my mom anymore, no, I live at an independence training group with other teens like me (I'm 16). I still miss my mom, I do visit her, but I miss living with my mom, and the dogs. Even though it was my mom's decision (and partially mine), due to her inability to take care of me like “normal” moms can... I know it sounds weird, but she has her own problems, but she's still my mom, and I love my mom.

I'm getting trained to be able to live alone when I'm 18, while overcoming my past traumas, and of course, being taught to talk (I used to be a very quiet kid, but they're teaching me to talk again.)

And I learned, that everything will be okay one day, I'm getting over my depression, and I'm talking like I used to.

Remember, never forget that one day, you'll be okay, even if it doesn't look like it! Like the song says; "there won't be always sunshine, but there's this momentary beam of light!" So take that light, and make it shine!

This song reminds me of my childhood, well, I’m 12 right now turning 13 soon and I still act like I’m a little kid sometimes while my cousins don’t care about me and have grown up already it feels lonley sometimes. Today is the Anniversary of one my baby cousins dying. This is the 12th anniversary. Probably nobody will ever see this comment while it is inside this comment section forever unread, but whoever does read this, I wish them a lovely life and have fun on your adventures wherever you may drift off to.
