PTC Creo 8: Drawings - Placing center-lines on a circular hole pattern

One user asked whether it was possible to create the center-lines on a circular hole pattern.
In an attempt to answer that question I made this video.

Great video! Thanks for the tip! Is it possible to do this with rectangular patterns as well? It's kind of annoying to have to resize the datum axes whenever a dimension or scale changes.

Is it possible to trim that circle? for example I wanna show only the semi-circle in the drawing.

I did exaclty the same procedure and did not work.
