I worked as a delivery driver for 5 months. It was a dystopian nightmare. I had to piss and shit in bottles and bags. Overworked, underpaid. Absolute slavery.

When I found out that the Amazon drivers were not allowed to pull over for a pee break, they were required to pee in a bottle that they had to provide. I was sickened. UPS drivers are forced to do this sort of crap as well. (You won't let them pee, then it's strike for me)

A small single store union is too week. All amazon in all state need to unite under one union with attorneys to enforce a contract.

The Amazon union needs to grow enough to be able to threaten Amazon's entire operation if they go on strike. That's what Amazon is afraid of, from the corporate perspective.
