My only issue I have with this brand is that it’s in aluminum cans, which I avoid when possible. I’ll pay more for a product if it’s offered in glass. There’s a ginger beer I drink pretty regular, Q. I’ve bought the canned version but only when the store is sold out of the glass bottles.

I’ve read too much about aluminum to feel comfortable drinking from it regularly.

As an American drink it's actually called Le-C-Roy, not French La Croix

La Croix flavours are like drinking sparkling water while somebody shouts the names of fruits at you from across the room... And it's still priced to put you out on the street.

Ah, very good to research the ingredients, but also, what is the source of the water? Is it natural spring mineral water, or is it filtered tap? I drink spring mineral water (flat or uncarbonated) and add natural fresh squeezed fruit juices or fruit juice ice cubes. Usually lemon juice, as it purifies the liver. Every week, I juice a 6-12 lemons, and keep the juice 8n a hermetically sealing bottle in the fridge. It will last for 5-6 days very fresh. Any left over to that amount, I pour in an ice tray and drop the lemon or fresh juice ice cubes into the water. Works great with orange, grapefruit or any fruit juice or fruit juice mix. Great way to get your daily vitamin C, as well. If I'm on the go, I put it in a water bottle or small thermos if I want it cold. Same as packing a can, only 100% fresh, nourishing and detoxifying. Occasionally alternate with a couple of tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar instead for probiotics. Both are great digestive aids, as well. Of course, it is important to hydrate with plain spring water as well throughout the day in between flavoured waters.
