Klopp had the exact same problem 2 seasons ago. He made sure to rebuild and leave the team in a best position last season. Let’s see if Pep has the same trait

The strange thing is that no one speaks about United that they managed the game properly and played well. If it was another team like Liverpool, they would have been joyfully happy and praising them on how well they have and forced City to make mistakes.

As a senior professional and leader in the squad how do you not turn up for training. That's unimaginable.

I absolutely love how Nedum bought Stevie back to earth talking about Liverpool's down year 2 seasons ago. Ale Moreno should have been as convincing as a footballer as he now as a pundit. Smart and sensible analysis Nedum usually bring to the table.

As a United fan, not having Rashford and Garnacho in the squad was fantastic to see. Both players don't give 100% effort at all times, and Amorim noticed it. Rashford has been coasting for 2 years now - send him to Saudi.

I will always say this Pep is a good coach but I will never believe he's the best manager of all time as people were saying.

Pep wants to walk away or get sacked due to the 130 charges coming in March. To protect his image. That's why he is saying he is not good enough and even the players know it. No chance would the 4 times champions lose in this fashion unless something is happening behind the scenes.

Pep is supposed to be the best manager of all time. Pep his entire career has inherited amazing players in his team. He had Messi, Xavi, Iniesta amongst others in his Barca team that completely dominated La Liga and the Champions League for a long time he then went to Bayern Munich where he had the likes of Lewandowski, Robben, Muller, Ribery, Neuer. He then went to Manchester City where he had the likes of David Silva, Sergio Aguero, KDB, Haaland etc. Guardiola has only managed Superstar teams and has never really faced any real adversity. He isn't equipped to deal with a situation like this because he has had it relatively straightforward at every club

Pep already having a crisis of faith in his abilities. Sir Alex a built a team in the 90's. Rebuilt again and again and again. And his final act was to beat a man city team with an aging squad that I doubt Pep could lead to a league title. Sir Alex is the goat. Nuff said.

Not a city fan here: if I were Pep I would bench or even drop from the matchday squad, like 4 or 5 of these guys who have been poor and replace them with 4 or 5 of the most promising academy players. At least those guys would run, they would fight. And it would send a message that doesn't matter how many titles you've won, if you're poor you get dropped. City has one of the best academies in the world. Bring in the Heskey brothers, their dad knew how to fight.

Pep will not resign. He will fight through it. Whether it resolves itself or not, he will stay.

Pep walked away from Barcelona, a club he actually loved. This is Barcelona 2 for slow learners.

Be reminded John Stones was on the Bench While Nunez was play as Defender. Don't replace ego with injuries please.

True Klopp had the problem two years ago.He rebuilt with very little financial support from FSG.He hired Szoboslài and McAllister by trigging their release clauses, and unable to get Lavia or Calcedo turned to Endo and unknown Gravensberg .And with Academy players Klopp went far and were top of the league with few weeks left. The lack of investment has exhausted and discouraged Klopp, but he left a rebuilt team and a formidable Academy, and Slot is just continuing the work without disturbing anything.

This is why sir Alex is undoubtedly the goat cause he rebuild and stayed through the lows and made most of the highs.. and left with 13 prems maybe now y’all can understand how hard 13 was truly. Kudos to pep though he a genius but this is when we will know what he really is made of character wise he’s built his legacy on highs let’s see him hundle the lows ‼️

I “love” that now these pundits understand how injuries can affect a team. Where was this analysis when United had the worst injury record of all time in recent memory?

If these type of performances & results continue, mental wellness may well begin to be spoken of. Pep looks like he could fold under the pressure if things don't improve soon ⛑️
