Jim Arrington, born in 1932 in the USA, recently celebrated his 90th birthday. He is the oldest bodybuilder in the world, listed in the Guinness Book of Records in 2018. He started his competitive career in 1978, but the path to bodybuilding was not easy. Jim suffered from asthma as a child. He was a thin, sickly child, and because of his condition, he could not run far or play as much as he wanted. For this, as a child, he received the nickname "Skinny Bones". When Jim was 14 years old, he was walking down the street one day, looking at a kiosk with magazines. What he saw then changed his life forever - it was a bodybuilding magazine.

Exercise is important—> I am a 72 year martial artist. I punch 800 times per day and do my Wing Chun moves. I follow that with 30 mins Qigong. Daily. Because of prostate surgery I only do limit workouts do to nerve damage. I hear doctors say over one year to heal. Meanwhile I continue to push it
