Neat. Put a hardware cloth bottom on those so you can hit them with a air hose and you've got a great option for a dusty shop too.

Put a stick with a small magnet on it on the front of the row of boxes to grab washers out of skinny divided spaces in the long drawers.

... My problem in the past with doing washers that way is the go UNDER the dividers and still get messed up. ... Better luck to you guys!

Paul, knowing you I am sure you are managing that electronically for inventory or have an easy way to reorder when you get low, would you mind showing that when you do a video later of this like you mentioned? That's one neat shop! I will send you a video of how we do our hardware at the moment.

Another improvement might be tp place a small amount of washers in a small zip lock bag (parts bag) with a KanBan card so you know when to refill and never run out?

you could cut plastic pipe in half and put it inside the bottom of the boxes.
