dont depend on dilated pupil sign for confirming atropinization as this effect takes 1-3 days to appear

Bradycardia and hypotension --> muscarinic poisons and tachycardia hypertension more in nicotinic poision. OP has both so dont depend too much on that

According to your mnemonic slide there will be tachycardia in OPP but during atropinization you are treating with reverse bradycardia..why?
In OPP ....what could occur bradycardia or tachycardia

I was exsposed to organosaphates not sure of the spelling. It was a organic intesectide a 2 months ago It was pytherins and pytheroids. I sprayed this spray multiple times and no protective clothing. After wards I didnt really wash this off.

Later, I went to bed that night abd I had skin crawling itching for days voilently. So bad it kept me up for days wirhout sleep. Further into the week it subsided a bit into just tingling, electric shock type sensations strange feelings like its moving through my blood. Theres mostly itching now which is at night and in the day its spread to my head like scalp and severe headches and waking up with them. Pain signals going throughout my body. But No evidence of me being hurt. Its mainy in my head and arms, legs, feet, fingers and toes and muscle twitching.

I am on Gabapentin, which helps but dosen't help. I am only on 600mg a day and I dont want to UP the dose because i want to find the cause of it. I am very scared at this point and have no clue as to if it is nerve damage from the spray or injured nerves. What else can it be? Please help😢
