I found out why breasts are allowed on roblox now
Under the marketplace policy > general-creation-guidelines > Age Appropriate, you'll see how "through or around the modesty layers", "Excessive highlighting", and "due to exaggerated size" don't apply to most of the breasts ugc in roblox so it isn't against TOS.

I agree.. I think there is a lot of very odd things on roblox.. it's disturbing finding how many copyrighted items are on there, but personally disagree as well... some people aren't allowed to wear what they want for example family reasons. So they wear it on a platform that isn't in real life, they just want to experience their creativity.. and this is fine to do.
