Ukraine Claims Navy Saved Russian Troops From Drowning After Dam Explosion

Ukraine has released a footage claiming its navy SEAL officials saved several Russian soldiers from drowning on the left bank of the Dnipro river, after the Kakhovka dam collapse flooded the region.
