I have VW Atlas comfortline
It has these disadvantages so far
1- water gets inside the engine room once you wash my Atlas
2- you have to put the driving mode on Eco every time you start the car, it is annoying
3- the car is rattling a lot from the doors and seats
4- the sound of the heating fan is loud
5- it doesn’t have the windshield heater inside the frond window glass, Toyota rav4 has it
6- line assist is not very efficient, try it and you will know what I mean
7- the radar system doesn’t work in the snowy and rainy conditions
8- the fan of climate control is only controlled by the screen, if the screen damaged then you may freeze or get very hot until you get to a mechanical shop
9- the engine turns off once you shift the gear from R to D

I wish they made an R Line and dropped the real leather for leatherette and dropped Navi we can use our phones and priced it under $50k it would sell really well.

Honeslty i never had any problems with my atlas, i owned 2 and the first and second had no such problems like the ones commented by others 😐

Should have kept the 6cyl the new 4cyl would be the reason why I wouldn’t buy this other than that is like nice plus the new interior is 👍

I have many issues with my new Atlas 😢. Even trying to mount my dash-cam is impossible. It's a beautiful vehicle, but lacks USB outlets and there's no cigarette outlet in the front of the car.

I don't understand why the cross sport cost just as much. You might as well just buy the regular Atlas

No physical buttons kinda sucks, even tho it has voice control. I don't want to keep telling it "hey atlas, I'm cold/hot" all the time.

Also the 3.6 v6 was better for towing for those who needed it.

With that said I just got a Taos for its fuel economy. Cornflower blue 😎

The bad points of my VW Atlas are

You can’t put the seat heat ON at night in order to have a warm seat or steering once you start the engine at morning inside your house

Secondly
You can’t put the car on Eco mode permanently
But we have to change to eco mode every time we start the car
