I agree with Saagar's premise, but find it funny that he's calling for nuance and then claiming that Gov Abbott is calling for "masks off" when he's specifically said that he's encouraging Texans to continue following safety measures, but removed the state MANDATE for masks and allowing them to decide for themselves when they need to use masks based on their own risks/safety and whether they've had Covid or the vaccine. So much for nuance ...

Plenty of reason to criticize the CDC, but the text says “travelers no longer required to quarantine or test-out “within” 90 days of vax”, meaning you’re good within that time period . Now it should probably be more, but you have it backwards. Check the tweet from Josh Barro that you showed.
