How to Make Easy Smoked Flour Tortillas

This is a recipe for flour tortillas: 3 cups all-purpose flour, 2tsp salt, 1tsp baking, 5-6Tbsp saturated fat, 1c water. One thing I didn't mention is that you really should heavily flour your rolling pin and rolling surface so nothing sticks while rolling the tortillas out. You can dust off any excess flour before cooking so it doesn't burn. You can always get all the bonus information that I left out by subscribing to my Patreon page :)

Can’t take for granted that in the first 15 seconds alone we got a recipe + video how to on standard flour tortillas that coulda easily been bloated into a 10 minute ordeal. Definitely appreciate the quality, my guy, Shaq is king!

Mexican here, in case you're wondering, defreezing the balls is surprisingly quick, I'm talking 1 to 2 mins just out in room temperature; if they are rolled out, it takes longer to heat the pan

I'll keep this in mind when I bust out the smoker next. Usually I fill in the gaps with bell peppers that I'll grind into smoked sweet paprika, but smoked salt is a great idea.
