brother I get 70-80 fps ultra graphics with rtx 3050 ti. no way you only have 30-42 fps with rtx 4090 something must be wrong

In my opinion, you have to upgrade your 32gb of ram into 64 Gigs. I think because, 4090 needs at least 64gigs of ram to perform its almost full potential.
