I think you missed one big tip on lvling up, doing at least 1 dungeon a day.You get extra xp for the first dungeon of the day

It took me a week, but actually i just got to lvl 20 and started doing skyreach catacombs, only took a couple hours of grinding.
(using eso plus because i quit wow and had money to spare, because fuck wow)
