My supernatant is very gluey hence it sucks the impurities easily…any suggestion to overcome this problem ma’am?

Hello Ma’am! I have used DNeasy Plant mini kit for the extraction of DNA of Nosema (microspodian spores) by crushing the abdomen of honey bee as it parasizes bees.

I have not get any results till now on electrophoresis! I’m highly disappointed.

I’m thinking of following the CTAB method now. Any suggestions from your side…

Could you please help me with this ..
I am isolating plant dna from leaf sample and getting smear in it...
Even after RNase treatment and purification of the DNA.
Could you please provide suggestions regarding the removal the smear...
