Scrolling items existed before this (24w33a), this change only removes the functionality to select items using your number keys, which makes moving the bundle to the hotbar using number keys possible.

The bundle wasn't "fixed" it was made bedrock friendly. The bundle worked perfectly fine for multiple years now.

The bundle is not fixed, they still need to give us a way to scroll through all of the contents

It’s not true, you could already scroll through the bundle but you could also use number keys which you can’t now
