KEN!! 💖
I'm incapable of cooking less~my way of cooking is for 6-8 people. Hubby, kids & friends made making big meals essential for most of my life and although our youngest is turning 30 ~gasp~😲, this year, it's still hard to cut down.
This is a wonderful thing you're doing!
As a nurse I cannot endorse a diet that excludes any food group~and I'm sorry~especially this keto fad~but there's nothing here that causes me any concern. Truth be told, I'm more of a lover of veggies than potatoes or rice or pasta to go w a dish like this and we love cauliflower. I'll make this! And we'll love it, I guarantee.

I like your version more than our middle eastern one. Ours can be a bit heavy on the stomach, and we pour a scoop of it on a bowl of basmati rice. I'm going to cook your recipe next week. Do you think I can use the same recipe but with potatoes? Hope I'm not jumping ahead of a future video 😉

Dear Ken,
Did you really say "beef tenderloin"? That's quite expensive ☹️ for a dish that cooks longer than 5-8 minutes. Did you mean actually something similar and less expensive?
